Should you decide to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) will incur a charge of 50% of the rate. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a charge of the full amount. Please also note that cancellations within 72 hours have to be done via phone, not by email. All other cancellations (3 or more days in advance) may be done by email, fax or phone. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy is to ensure availability for all of our clients.
